💊 Take your vitamins or supplements. Ask your doctor if you need additional vitamins or supplements to help your body heal. Also be sure to get enough calcium to help your bones heal.
🤗 Spend quality time with your new baby. The most important thing to do after a C-section is to bond with your little one. Make sure you take time to get to know your baby, enjoy cuddles, and spend time together.
💆♀️ Take care of yourself too. Remember to take some time for yourself and do something that relaxes you and makes you happy. This could be a warm bath, getting a massage, or just spending time alone.
🤝 Ask for help. Don't be afraid to ask family and friends for help with child care, shopping, and general support. It's okay to take a break and let someone else take the reins for a while.
